Returns and cancellations are not eligible! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please be cautious when ordering and take our policies into consideration before finalizing an order.

 

WE DO NOT OFFER FULL REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE IF:

  • product is received damaged (broken jars/containers, product arrives spoiled)
  • The concern was brought up to customer service less than 14 days after damage product had arrived
  • Proof of damaged product (such as a picture or video)

 If you need a partial refund, please email customer service at gabsgoldengoods@gmail.com with your concern, your order number, and proof of damaged product  

Shipping

Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you qualify for a partial refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER. WHEN PACKAGE IS SHIPPED, IT IS NO LONGER A LIABILITY TO GABSGOLDENGOODS. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING OR STOLEN, PLEASE FILE A MISSING CLAIM WITH USPS.
